TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement. Framework amount: net HUF 25,832,940. Estimated and indicative quantity/year: • Unit pack for caesarean section: 420 pcs. The contracting authority intends to conclude the framework agreement for the framework amount. Under this procedure, the framework agreement will be concluded with one successful tenderer, and in the second part of the framework agreement, pursuant to Section 105(1)(a) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), individual orders will be placed by direct order. The products included in the order sent by the contracting authority must be delivered to the place of performance by the successful tenderer within 5 working days from the confirmation of receipt of the order. The order must be confirmed within 24 hours from receipt. The successful tenderer’s obligation to perform applies only on working days.
