TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract duration begins on the date set by the notice to proceed (order) starting the site preparation period and ends upon the expiry of the Perfect Completion Guarantee (Garantie de Parfait Achèvement) and/or after the settlement of the accounts. The contract is not renewable. For information purposes only, the total expected duration for lot 1 is 40 months from the date set in the notice to proceed (order) starting the site preparation period notified to the contractor.
