TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the events organized by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in Metropolitan France, Lot 1 of this framework agreement is intended to: 1) provide rental services for person, luggage and goods screening equipment 2) provide installation, technical maintenance and dismantling services at the summit(s), international conference(s) and expert meeting(s) site(s) organized by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, according to the needs defined by the Contracting Authority 3) provide assistance in the preparation of the technical documents required to define the needs.
