TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the events organised by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in metropolitan France, Lot 1 of this framework agreement is for the following: 1) the rental service for security screening equipment for people, bags and goods; 2) the installation, technical maintenance and dismantling service at the site(s) of summits, international conferences and expert meetings organised by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, according to the needs defined by the Contracting Authority; 3) assistance in preparing the technical documents needed to define requirements.
