TENDER DESCRIPTION
Procurement of portable ballistic duty sheds (minimum class BR6NS or equivalent) for the protection of embassies and other sensitive locations in Oslo. Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) is entering into a four year framework agreement with one (1) tenderer for the delivery and installation of duty sheds, with the accompanying training, maintenance and spare parts. The framework agreement can also be used by other Norwegian police districts. Options include a broader variant, larger shed, water and sewage, UPS or battery back-up and alternative RAL colour, as well as hourly rates for assembly work and service beyond the warranty period. The estimated need is approx. three (3) standard fully equipped sheds in the contract period. The volume is indicative and is not binding. The estimated value is NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT. Award in accordance with the best conditions between price and quality, weighted with price 40 percent, environment 30 percent and quality 30 percent. The competition will be held in English.
