TENDER DESCRIPTION

By building a new headquarters dedicated to the dispatching activity of the S.E.N., improvements will be achieved with regard to the operating parameters for D.E.T. Craiova and, implicitly, for the Company’s needs as related to the new location where this activity will take place in the future, thereby also creating the premises for possible further development depending on the requirements that arise. By the structure of the new building, the requirements for ergonomics (workplace space organization), reliability and security applicable to the technological spaces associated with the dispatching activity will be ensured, so that the maximum efficiency in carrying out the Company’s specific activities is guaranteed. Since the building will be constructed “from scratch”, there will be the advantage of incorporating into the design+execution project all details concerning the specific security requirements (physical and IT) requested in European directives and in national legislation.
