TENDER DESCRIPTION

Competition for self-service machines for Helse Vest RHF and Helse Sør-Øst RHF. The contracting authority intends to procure a future orientated and reliable system of high quality, which ensures universal design and accessibility requirements for all user groups. The system shall be intuitive to use, have high availability and it shall be robust as regards continual operation in an environment with high stability requirements. The procurement includes the delivery of complete equipment, including necessary components such as touch screens, printers, as well as accompanying services such as transport, delivery and any options. It is a requirement that the system is service friendly and enables efficient maintenance, including easy replacement of components and access to spare parts over time. The self-service machines shall be able to integrate with the existing IT infrastructure. This means, among other things, that mini-PCs delivered by Helse Vest IKT AS and Sykehuspartner HF shall be able to interact with the system.
