The contract timeline is as follows:

The framework agreement becomes effective upon award. The initial service provision by the contractor is for a period of 12 months, starting on April 1, 2027, and ending on March 31, 2028. Automatic extension beyond this period is excluded.

The client has the option to extend the framework agreement three times, each for an additional contract year. If all extension options are exercised, the contract will end on March 31, 2031. The contractor must be notified in writing at least 3 months before the end of the current contract term if an extension option is exercised.

Additionally, the framework agreement will terminate if the maximum limit specified in Section 1.1 of the statement of work is reached.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the independent conception and implementation of self-contained seminar time slots for higher-level executives on the topic of "Corporate Culture as a Success Factor" (FKFH10).

The key deliverables and responsibilities of the contractor include:

• Assignment Clarification and Concept Development: This involves initial clarification of the assignment and the creation of the seminar concept, including coordination with the client.
• Rights Transfer: Granting usage, image, and modification rights for the developed materials.
• Coordination Meetings: Conducting coordination discussions with the client during the contract period.
• Concept Evaluation: Performing an evaluation of the seminar concept.
• Seminar Delivery:
• Presence Seminars: Conducting approximately nine three-day "Higher Executives - Corporate Culture as a Success Factor (FKFH10)" presence seminars annually, with seminar documents provided for up to 24 participants per event.
• Online Seminars: Delivering approximately two three-half-day "Self and Time Management" online seminars annually.
• Participant Materials: Creating and providing participant documents/handouts for up to 24 attendees per event.
• External Perspective: Introducing an independent, external viewpoint on corporate culture and prevention culture, potentially through structured analyses.
• Interactive Methods: Implementing seminar time slots using interactive methodologies.

The overall goal of the seminars is to enable higher-level executives to recognize occupational safety and health as a success factor, enhance their commitment to it, and improve their ability to foster a prevention culture as a leadership responsibility. The seminars will be delivered by the contractor's own socially insured employees.
