This sub-area covers geographically the Southern Finland region, the Helsinki area. JOINT PROCUREMENT Senaatti Properties will carry out the procurement in cooperation with other operators belonging to the same group. In a joint procurement, Senaatti Properties is responsible for the practical execution of the procurement process, the procurement decision and the making of the contracts.
