The plot of the primary school Gerberstr. is located at Gerberstrase 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath, on the eastern edge of the historic town centre. One building will be renovated, another will be extended, and a third building will be newly constructed. Building 8 will be provided with an internal lift. The lift will have three landings. A lift will be installed on Building 7. This lift will also have three landings. Both lifts will be equipped with smoke extraction facilities in the head of the shaft, which ventilate to the outside. Both lifts will be provided with a static fire emergency control system.
