TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract is the supply of a separator of blood components for the Apheresis Department of the Institute of Haematology and Blood Transfusion, including accessories, customs duty, transport, moving and handling work, commissioning, carrying out an initial BTK, training the purchaser’s operating staff, and handing over documents relating to the supplied goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and the operating manual in printed and electronic form, including warranty service, safety inspections, professional maintenance, and periodic checks at least 1x every half year, and further in accordance with the other conditions of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority shall conclude a Purchase Contract with the selected supplier for the supply of the device. The subject of the public contract may also include the removal and disposal of the existing old device.
