TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the supply of a sequencing device for small to medium applications for use in molecular pathology diagnostics, including the required software, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and training. In particular, the system shall be suitable for carrying out targeted RNA analyses, pathogen detection, and targeted sequencing procedures based on amplicon and enrichment. Primary and secondary analysis shall be supported by the offered system. In addition to the delivery of the sequencing device, the tender includes the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of reagent kit(s) required for sequencing operation for a period of 48 months. The quantities stated in the price schedule are estimated quantities; the contracting authority has no minimum purchase obligation. Furthermore, maintenance services for the sequencing device are part of the tender as optional services. Delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the sequencing device must, due to the financing structure, be carried out early enough to enable invoicing no later than 11.12.2026.
