TENDER DESCRIPTION

Serial energetic renovation of three apartment buildings in the Spektegrünzug quarter. Building location: Kandeler Weg 2+4, Zweibrücker Str. 4 + 4a, Zweibrücker Str. 10+10a, 13583 Berlin-Spandau. The project includes three identical four-story apartment buildings, constructed in 1961, each with two main entrances. The buildings are part of the surrounding settlement in Berlin-Spandau and were selected due to their peripheral location as well as the possible spatial delimitation resulting from this, e.g., a logistically clearly separable construction site area for the pilot project of Serial Renovation. Each of the three selected buildings has 20 residential units, all of which are currently rented. With a total of 60 residential units, the serial renovation of the three buildings serves as a benchmark for the energetic renovation of the quarter (currently planned for 2028), involving a total of 612 residential units in the two economic units 1112 and 1114. The facades of the buildings have not yet been energetically renovated, and the existing wooden windows date from the time of construction.
