TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is to provide the service corresponding to a small tourist train for the Christmas festivities, on a rental basis, including the vehicle, driver, any necessary auxiliary staff, fuel, insurance and all the means required for the correct performance of the service. The context is intended to promote cultural activities during the Christmas period by offering various activities in the terms set out in this technical specifications document. The functions of the tourist train are strictly for tourist transport. Due to the characteristics of this transport, passengers may not be loaded with luggage, nor may any other function be performed other than that specified. It is an activity with tourist and recreational purposes, with a route authorised by the town council and, in no case, will it be treated as a special regular public service.
