TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Lleida City Council is implementing the actions planned in the Neighborhood Plan 2026-2030 to promote social cohesion, inclusion, and the comprehensive improvement of the Historic Center of Lleida through the promotion of community, socio-educational, cultural, and economic dynamization actions, fostering coexistence, citizen participation, the reduction of inequalities, and the strengthening of the social, commercial, and neighborhood fabric to advance towards a more inclusive, active neighborhood with a better quality of life, always with a transversal feminist and gender equity perspective. For this reason, it is necessary to have a service that acts as an operational support structure to develop the different actions set out in the Neighborhood Plan for the Historic Center of Lleida.
