Provision of the comprehensive customs agent service for the importation of biological samples intended for the Anti-Doping Laboratory of Catalonia of the Fundació IMIM. Includes review of health, customs and transport documentation; requesting and processing the customs clearance document for the importation of biological samples with Sanidad Exterior; clearance with the import customs authority; management of the assignment of clearance with the courier company, when required; and coordination, collection, urgent transport and delivery of the samples to the Laboratory, with tracking of shipments, resolution of incidents, and ensuring document traceability.
