TENDER DESCRIPTION

The legal services of the Consell Comarcal de la Garrotxa are made up of the acting secretary and two senior technical staff of the Special Administration of Legal Services. However, they do not have staff with legal-urban planning knowledge. The urban planning and building area has stated the need to contract a specialised legal advisory service in urban planning matters, which shall include advisory support for and assistance to the technical staff of the Consell Comarcal de la Garrotxa in relation to actions and files relating to urban planning assistance that they carry out for the municipalities in the county. The purpose of the contract, therefore, is the specialised legal advisory service in urban planning matters. This advisory service shall include, among other tasks detailed below, the issuance of legal reports and opinions, support in the interpretation and application of urban planning regulations and in the processing of urban planning files, as well as technical and legal assistance in those matters which, due to their complexity or particular sensitivity, require specialised advisory support.
