TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to provide the Legal Advisory and Legal Guidance Service for the four Social Services areas (First Reception Service, Childhood and Families Area, Social Promotion Area, and PAAD Area). Within the professional profiles that make up the different teams, there is no specialized role for legal advisory, which is why it is necessary to obtain specific external advisory support in legal terms that allows for a better approach in the cases handled as part of follow-up from the different areas. The contract is intended to satisfy the various requests for legal and/or legal advisory made by the Social Services professionals of Sant Adrià in relation to the cases they deal with (people with mental health difficulties, disabilities, women who are victims of gender-based violence, families with parents in conflictive separation proceedings in which management of guardianship and custody of minors may be problematic,...) and the actions that arise in relation to these user profiles (preparation of technical reports, court summonses as a witness/expert in relation to the cases followed up, advisory support regarding guardianship and custody procedures for…
