TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the provision of audit services in relation to the correct use of the powers received, compliance with the applicable legislation, especially in matters of contracting, and the technical and economic management of the installations, in accordance with the terms established in the collaboration agreements between the Agència Catalana de l’Aigua and the entities considered as Water Local Entities (ELA). The audit will be carried out on the different closed financial years of the ELA agreements. The agreements have a duration of four years
