TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract for the “Consulting services for conducting an organizational efficiency study of ATL”, promoted by the Ter-Llobregat Water Supply Authority (ATL), includes: - Consulting services to analyze the compliance status of the Action Plan derived from the workload study conducted in 2023 and to identify critical points. - Assess the suitability of aspects related to working hours, schedules, and calendars of the staff. - Conduct an analysis of the staffing size of transversal services required for the 2026-2028 period. - Review the proposed staffing size for the 2027-2036 period included in the ATL Strategic Plan 2025-2034. - Evaluate the suitability of professional profiles for certain key positions in the organization and compare their evolution with previous evaluations. - Review the implementation status of the Development Plan to ensure the competence profiles of key organizational positions. - Review the salary structure and its proper adequacy to the different job positions and the comparison with the public sector and the water supply sector. - Review the implementation status of the Succession Plan. - Ensure continuity regarding the workload study…
