TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of graphic design, conceptualisation and development services for institutional campaigns, layout, adaptation of pieces and communication materials to different printed and digital formats, generation and review of graphic contents, drafting of brief texts or advertising phrases, preparation of illustrations, infographics and photo retouching, as well as the preparation and delivery of the corresponding final artworks and open and editable files, in accordance with the corporate identity and the guidelines of the City Council of Tiana.
