TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Tarragona City Council, through the Office for the Promotion of Catalan (Oficat), promotes policies for the encouragement and promotion of the Catalan language aimed at the adult population who lack knowledge or have initial competence in Catalan, especially to serve the newly arrived population. To complement the offer of Catalan courses provided by the Tarragona Language Normalization Centre, the immediate need is to conduct 9 beginner Catalan courses, addressed to people over 17 years of age, or 16 years old if not schooled in Catalan, who require basic communication skills in Catalan to access educational, labor, social resources or to improve their linguistic autonomy.
