TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the provision of an integrated service of technical support, management and maintenance of the platforms, the digital infrastructure and the i2CAT Foundation’s personnel. This service, classified into three levels of expertise (Helpdesk Agent, Systems Administrator/Technician and Network Engineer), covers the administration of local and wireless networks, the operation of private and public Cloud environments, the management of authentication systems and corporate tools, as well as specific support for infrastructures of research and development projects.
