TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lot 1: Advisory services on the recording and justification of expenses and investments in certain R+D+i activities for the fiscal deduction of the Corporation Tax (I.S.) provided for in the consolidated text of the Corporate Tax law. This will enable CCMA to recover the fiscal credit for R+D+i activities, despite the insufficiency of tax liability. Lot 2: Certification of the projects submitted in order to obtain the Reasoned Reports from the Ministry, which are mandatory in order to obtain the aforementioned fiscal deductions.
