TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the provision of the maintenance service for the Sant Adrià de Besòs sewerage network. The service includes preventive, corrective, extraordinary and emergency maintenance of the municipal sewerage network, inspection and diagnosis of the condition of the elements, advanced and selective cleaning of mains, branches and intake elements, maintenance of singular and critical points, work relating to pumping stations, overflows and DSS of the municipal network at low level when applicable, updating of the inventory and mapping, technical support for municipal management, specific conservation works and municipal connections or related actions that are required by the City Council. The contract will have a mixed nature of services and works, with the main performance being the services. The works-related actions will be complementary or ancillary with respect to the maintenance, conservation or specific improvement of the network.
