TENDER DESCRIPTION

The buildings and facilities have a series of security installations, both for intrusion and for detection and response in the event of fires. To ensure that these installations function properly and are operational at all times, it is necessary to carry out the required preventive, corrective and regulatory maintenance tasks, which also extend their service life. More specifically, the maintenance service for security installations, both for intrusion and for fire detection and response, includes: - Inventory, numbering, monitoring of operation and maintenance of installations. - Preventive/regulatory maintenance. - Repair of breakdowns (corrective maintenance as applicable in each case). The purpose of the contract, therefore, is the maintenance service for the intrusion alarm systems and fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers at the premises of the Consell Comarcal de la Garrotxa, the Consorci de Medi Ambient i Salut Pública de la Garrotxa, the Consorci d’Acció Social de la Garrotxa and the Consorci de l’Alta Garrotxa.
