• Service Return Plan: The contractor must submit a service return plan at least 4 weeks before the contract's end date. This plan has a maximum execution period of 2 weeks.
• Guarantee Period: The guarantee period is 90 days, starting from the finalization of the contract.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves comprehensive technical maintenance, content updating, and support for a website. Key activities include:

• Content Updating: Updating website content, excluding the Agenda section, using texts and images provided by the BCU team in all language versions.
• Training: Providing training to the BCU team for simple content modifications and introductions (e.g., updating links, data).
• Technical Support and Maintenance: Offering a telephone assistance service from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, for incident reception and communication. This also encompasses corrective technical maintenance, such as resolving incidents, periodic system diagnostics, evaluating corrective actions, handling maintenance requests, analyzing and correcting software and content manager issues, maintaining the code repository and version control, supporting and updating base software, content manager, and security, and verifying compatibility with new platforms and browsers.
• Evolutionary Maintenance: Updating the website's performance.
• Web Analytics and Incident Management: Carrying out web analytics and managing incidents.
• Technical Responsiveness: Ensuring responsiveness to technical needs throughout the contract's duration.

• Personnel: The service requires the assignment of a work team, including at least a Project Manager and a WordPress Developer.
• Service Location: Services will mainly be rendered at the contractor's premises, with occasional required meetings at BCU facilities.
