TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes the services required to maintain the cleaning, hygiene and health conditions of the “O” building of the UOC, located at Rambla del Poblenou, 156, in Barcelona. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1: ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of indoor and outdoor spaces, disinfection, deratting and disinsection, supply and collection of hygienic bins and refilling of bacteriostatics, with the necessary personnel, materials and technical means. Lot 2: preparation, selective collection and transport of waste generated at the building, as well as its delivery to authorized managers for recycling, recovery or treatment, with documentary accreditation of the quantities collected and the final destination.
