TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the global production service and the setting up and implementation of the Christmas park “Saló Infantil Adrilàndia” for the years 2027-28. Since the fair takes place on 3 and 4 January, it is necessary for the organisation of the activity to be carried out during the year prior to the edition. Accordingly, we will discuss the years 2026, 2027 and 2028 (the 2027 and 2028 editions respectively). The service provision must consist of the total and necessary technical and logistical production of all individual events and tasks in order to organise and develop the Christmas park in an integral manner, and therefore including not only children’s and youth leisure activities, games and workshops, but also all the technical staff for managing the activities, coordinating spaces and materials and the project in general, as well as the supply of various materials and infrastructures (fencing, chairs, marquees, inflatables, play circuits, signage, etc.) and all logistics that must be provided for the performance of the activity and which are related to the specifications, as well as contracting activities to be determined by the municipal Children and Youth…
