TENDER DESCRIPTION

Drafting the project for repair of pavements and improvement of accessibility in the Eixample neighbourhood and directing the works, should they be carried out. - Repair and re-paving of degraded sidewalks, including replacement of broken or sunken slabs, levelling of slopes and execution of new sections where necessary - Resurfacing and repair of carriageways that have potholes, sinkholes or superficial surface irregularities - Occasional enlargement of sidewalks in sections where the cross-section is insufficient for the safe passage of pedestrians - Construction of new pedestrian crossings adapted for accessibility, including ramps, tactile paving and sidewalk kerb ramps in accordance with universal accessibility criteria - Execution of “orelles” (sidewalk widening at intersections) to reduce crossing distance, increase visibility and improve crossing safety - Review and replacement of street furniture affected by the works (benches, bollards, litter bins, etc.) This project must be developed and delivered following the requirements of the BIM methodology, in accordance with the documentation included in Annex 1 of the PPT.
