TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract consists of the provision of technical services for drafting the executive project and the safety and health study for the renovation, refurbishment and modernisation works for the outdoor swimming pool, the changing-room building, the access area, the bar-restaurant space and the new padel court at the Tennis Sant Adrià facility. The assignment includes all the technical work necessary for the proper definition, justification and economic assessment of the planned actions, in accordance with the applicable technical and urban planning regulations, as well as the documentation necessary to enable the subsequent invitation to tender and execution of the works. The project must comprehensively define the functional, constructional, technical, environmental, economic and safety characteristics of the planned actions. The scope of the contract shall include all services and work necessary to ensure the technical and administrative feasibility of the action, in accordance with the provisions established in these Technical Specifications.
