- Database-specific Services: Management of database schemas, users, roles, and profiles; installation of patches, version updates; configuration of new databases; maintenance of Production, Pre-production, and Development environments; backups, recoveries, and exports; performance studies and statistics; and configuration and parameterization.
- Application Server Services: User management; deployment of applications to production; installation of patches and updates; maintenance of Production, Pre-production, and Development environments; performance studies and statistics; configuration and parameterization; and backups and recoveries.
- Portal Services: User management; Apache and ISS maintenance; installation of patches and updates; maintenance of Production, Pre-production, and Development environments; performance studies and statistics; configuration and parameterization; and backups and recoveries.
- Integration Software Environment Services: Maintenance of channels; support for development; maintenance of Production and Development environments; and backups and recoveries.
- Workstation Environment Services: Management of database clients, Jinitiator and Java machine, JDBCs, registry, tnsnames, and application configuration.
- Kubernetes and DevOps Support: Monitoring and adjusting the number of nodes in the cluster; management of resources (CPU, memory, storage); configuration of persistent storage; keeping Kubernetes software updated and applying security patches; and cleaning and managing obsolete resources.
Core deliverables include technical documentation of cluster configurations, provided initially within the first month of the contract and updated quarterly if changes occur. This documentation comprises complete YAMLs of installed and managed core platform components (CNI, Storage, Ingress NGINX Controller, CoreDNS) and operational inventories (Networking, Storage, Ingress rules, and Kubernetes Certificates). The purpose of these inventories is to provide an updated technical overview of critical cluster components for diagnosis, auditing, and incident recovery tasks.
