Servei de suport als processos de gestió administrativa i operativa de la Direcció de Compra. L'objecte de la present licitació és la contractació de serveis de suport als processos administratius i operatius el servei de suport administratiu i operatiu de la Direcció de Compra. Els serveis requerits han de donar resposta als processos d'activitat interna del CTTI de suport a la resta de l'organització relacionats amb el cicle de la compra. L'abast dels serveis objecte d'aquest plec es circumscriu a la gestió administrativa, els sistemes d'informació i les dades necessàries per a la governança de la compra. El servei objecte d'aquesta licitació té com a principals funcions la gestió d'informació als sistemes d'informació de la Direcció de Compra, gestió d'entrada automàtica i massiva de dades i proposar millores als procediments amb la finalitat d'optimitzar el funcionament de la Direcció. TENDER DESCRIPTION

Support service for the administrative and operational management processes of the Purchasing Directorate. The purpose of this tender is the contracting of support services for the administrative and operational processes, namely the administrative and operational support service of the Purchasing Directorate. The required services must respond to the internal activity processes of the CTTI that support the rest of the organization, related to the purchasing cycle. The scope of the services covered by this document is limited to the administrative management, information systems and the data required for procurement governance. The service covered by this tender has, as its main functions, the management of information in the Purchasing Directorate’s information systems, the management of the automated and massive input of data, and proposing improvements to procedures in order to optimize the Directorate’s functioning.
