The contract will come into effect upon its formalization via the corresponding administrative document. The total duration of the contract is sixty (60) months. This total duration includes an implementation period of twelve (12) months and a maintenance and support period of forty-eight (48) months, which will commence from the date of the last delivery specified in the contract.

A critical milestone is that the main delivery for payroll processes must be fully operational before September 1, 2027. Failure to meet this deadline will result in significant penalties. The contract does not include any provisions for extensions, whether express or tacit.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the implementation, data migration, and maintenance of a people management system for the University of Lleida. The proposed solution must be a standard market product with a proven track record in public administration, particularly in university settings, incorporating current technologies, and addressing defined functional and technical requirements. The project is conceived as an "integral 'turnkey' solution," where the awarded company bears responsibility for all tasks to achieve the objectives under the University's supervision.
