TENDER DESCRIPTION

Intermediation and management service in the search for provisional and emergency accommodation due to lack or loss of housing, through the management of contracting companies of establishments in the hotel sector (aparthotels, hotels, hostels, guesthouses, shelters, holiday homes and others) operating in the city of Santa Coloma de Gramenet and/or in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, as well as in other more distant municipalities well connected by public transport with Sta. Coloma de Gramenet, in accordance with and under the conditions established in the PPT. In addition to accommodation services (general and complementary services), the purpose of the contract falls within the social assistance service policy, which justifies the public utility of this contract; it is of vital importance given that the management and monitoring of the accommodated persons must be carried out with appropriate attention to the personal circumstances that require special consideration, making suitable personal treatment essential according to the circumstances of the vulnerable families and persons using the service.
