TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement procedure is the contracting of the services for the organisation and technical implementation of the Vall d’Hebron Race for the year 2027 and onwards, organised by the Communications Unit of the Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall Hebron - Institut de Recerca (VHIR). The Vall d’Hebron solidarity race has a twofold purpose. On the one hand, to promote a sense of belonging, cohesion and participation among the professionals of the Vall d’Hebron Campus, by turning it into a playful and healthy meeting space for shared recognition and group identification, and on the other hand, to raise public awareness and collect funds for research, highlighting the work carried out by the VHIR to improve people’s health. The event is at the same time an action for institutional and internal communication, and an opportunity to strengthen the link between the hospital campus, its professionals and society, under values of solidarity, health, research and community.
