TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the hiring of a service to assess and carry out the tasks of aesthetic rehabilitation and interior fitting as an interpretative room for the passenger vehicle CGFC 6202. The objective is, once rehabilitated, to place it on a short stretch of track in the new HUB space “el Carrilet”, which the town council of Deltebre is developing as a tourist attraction so that visitors to the Ebro Delta can learn about and discover the main attractions it offers and plan their stay. In addition, the fact that the restoration of the rail vehicle will be carried out with the utmost historical accuracy and by returning the vehicle externally to its original condition will enable the vehicle itself to become an attraction heritage element, while at the same time serving to pay tribute to the former “carrilet” that connected La Cava with Tortosa. The project includes the necessary logistics, dismantling, restoration of the bodywork and interior, chassis, spark plugs and shock and traction elements. The access doors, electrical installation, air conditioning and interiors will be adapted to provide the required functionality.
