TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the provision of professional services of legal advice, representation and specialised legal defence in matters corresponding to the administrative and tax field by duly qualified legal professionals, including both lawyerly representation and procedural representation, in accordance with the provisions of this tender document and the technical specifications document (PPT), except in those cases where, due to technical complexity and the seriousness of the matter, the City Council’s technical services consider it necessary to have more specialised knowledge in the matter.
