TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contracting of services for the development, implementation, and improvement of the FlexiTransport Catalunya digital platform. The main objectives to be achieved with this contract are: - To build technical solutions that cover the generic requirements applicable to multiple modules of the platform. - To develop advanced functionalities for the BackOffice that significantly improve the operational management of on-demand transport services, including advanced filtering, tenant management, vehicle and driver control, zone and stop management, service configuration, reservation and incident management, and comprehensive user management. - To implement improvements for the Driver App that provide more detailed information about reservations and facilitate trip delegation. - To optimize the Client App to improve the end users' experience in making reservations and tracking trips. - To ensure system availability with guarantees of 99.5% during the contract period. - To train platform administrators at an operational management and maintenance level. - To guarantee corrective maintenance of the new functionalities implemented during the contractual period.
