The contract starts from the effective date of the contract. The total duration for both goods supply and service provision is 36 months from the contract effective date. Individual orders for services and goods have a fulfillment term of 1 month from the order submission date. The contract remains valid until the full fulfillment of all contractual obligations.

• Video cameras must be dome type with a CMOS image sensor in the range of 1/3.2" to 1/2.3".
• Minimum illumination for cameras: 0.01 Lux in color mode and 0 Lux with IR on.
• IR illumination for cameras must be at least 10 m.
• Camera resolution must be at least 4 MP.
• Camera operating temperature must be not less than -30°C to +50°C with a tolerance of no more than 10°C.
• Camera power must be DC 12V ±10% or PoE (802.3af).
• Camera frame rate must be 25/30 fps at 1080p.
• Commutation cabinet width and depth deviation must be no more than ±50 mm and must not impair functionality, fastening, or compatibility with the Kentix lock system.
• Commutation cabinets must be metal construction with front and rear perforated doors and locks compatible with the Kentix electronic lock system.
• Commutation cabinet height must be 42U.
• Commutation cabinet width must be 800 mm (±50 mm).
• Commutation cabinet depth must be 800 mm (±50 mm) or 1000 mm (±50 mm).
• Commutation cabinet material must be powder-coated steel.
• Commutation cabinet doors must be perforated, with rear metal doors.
• Commutation cabinet height adjustment must be with wheels or adjustable feet.
• Commutation cabinet mounting rails must include 4 vertical 19" rails, depth adjustable.
• Commutation cabinet ventilation must be natural with the possibility to install fans at the top.
• Commutation cabinet cable entries must be at the top and bottom, with covers.
• Commutation cabinet lockable parts must include front and rear doors and side walls.
• Commutation cabinet color must be Black RAL9005 or equivalent.
• Commutation cabinet lock control must be via Ethernet (PoE) or radio (BLE) through AccessManager or SmartPDU with the KentixONE platform.
• Commutation cabinet lock power must be PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 1x lithium AA battery 3.6 V (ER14505) with up to 8 years or approximately 100,000 cycles lifespan for BLE locks.
• Commutation cabinet lock authentication must be RFID (MIFARE Classic / DESFire) plus PIN.
• Commutation cabinet lock connection must be RJ45 (CAT5e/6a/7) up to 100 m for Ethernet, or Radio (BLE 2.4 GHz) for radio locks.
• Commutation cabinet lock programming and configuration must be via KentixONE Web UI through AccessManager.
• Commutation cabinet lock mounting type must be bolt-on to the cabinet handle or door.
• Commutation cabinet lock protection class must be IP30 for indoor use.
• Commutation cabinet lock color must be Black RAL9005 or equivalent.
• Door position sensor control must be via radio (BLE) through AccessManager with the KentixONE platform.
• Door position sensor power must be AA type lithium battery.
• Door position sensor mounting must use magnetic contact adapting to shape, bolt-on, or adhesive tape to a door/window frame.
• Door position sensor must be universally compatible and work with the KentixONE system via BLE network.
• Door position sensor indication must be LED red/green.
• Door position sensor connection must be Radio (BLE 2.4 GHz).
• Door position sensor programming and configuration must be via KentixONE Web UI through AccessManager or SiteManager.
• Door position sensor protection class must be IP30 for indoor use.
• Door position sensor color must be Black RAL9005 or equivalent.
• Server room door readers must be internal and flush wall-mounted.
• Server room door readers must use RFID authentication.
• Server room door readers connection and power must be PoE and Ethernet 10/100 Mbps.
• Server room door readers protection class must be not lower than IP20 for indoor use.
• Humidity and temperature sensor interface and connection must be PoE (Ethernet 10/100 Mbps) plus radio (BLE), with integrated LAN.
• Humidity and temperature sensor autonomous stand-alone mode with KentixONE must be possible.
• Humidity and temperature sensor main sensors must include temperature, humidity, dew point, CO, VOC, air pressure, movement, and vibration.
• Humidity and temperature sensor accuracy must be ±1% for temperature and ±5% for humidity.
• Humidity and temperature sensor mounting must be ceiling-mounted or inside a cabinet with a 19" bracket.
• Humidity and temperature sensor programming must be via KentixONE locally or centrally.
• Humidity and temperature sensor special functions must include thermal analysis and early fire detection, CO, VOC, and air quality.
• Economic efficiency assessment methodology for proposals must include criteria for price, specialist's experience, and specialist's training on the Kentix system.
• Overall system expansion work requires detailed technical documentation including IP address scheme, login credentials, commutation tables, logical and structural diagrams, and a list of installed devices with models and serial numbers.
• Installation, connection, and integration services into the existing Kentix system are required.
• The specialist for contract execution must have participated in at least one finished project within the last 3 years involving installation, deployment, and/or configuration of server room or equivalent system equipment/components, with a project value of at least 30,000 EUR excluding VAT.
• The specialist for contract execution must be trained in deploying and/or configuring components for the Kentix monitoring system.
• The proposal form must be submitted in Lithuanian.
• Other documents may be in Lithuanian and/or English, with translations to Lithuanian or English required if documents are in another language.
