TENDER DESCRIPTION

The provisions of this Particular Administrative Clauses (Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières) relate to the City’s urban cleanliness; in particular mechanical sweeping and the services associated with it. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Technical Clauses (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières) (C.C.T.P.). Recurring services are carried out by the contractor in accordance with the schedule and the requirements of the C.C.T.P. Any additional one-off services will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders, paid based on the quantities actually performed using the unit prices contained in the Unit Price Schedule (Bordereaux des prix Unitaires) (B.P.U.), applying Articles R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), without a minimum but with an annual maximum. Contracts for similar services may be awarded in accordance with Article R2322-11 of the Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique).
