TENDER DESCRIPTION

The provisions of this Special Administrative Clauses Booklet concern the City’s urban cleanliness; in particular mechanical sweeping and the services associated with it. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Technical Clauses Booklet (C.C.T.P.). Recurring services are carried out by the contractor in accordance with the schedule and the requirements of the C.C.T.P. Any additional one-off services will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders, settled on the basis of the quantities actually carried out, using the unit prices contained in the Schedule of Unit Prices (B.P.U.), pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, with no minimum but with an annual maximum. Contracts for similar services may be awarded in accordance with Article R2322-11 of the Public Procurement Code.
