The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract start date: The agreement enters into force at the time the procurement may be concluded according to law (2016:1145) on public procurement, provided that it may occur with the accepted supplier and tender, and an authorized representative for both parties has signed two identical original agreements. The specified contract period begins on 2026-11-01.
• Contract end date: The initial contract period ends on 2028-10-31.
• Total duration: The initial contract period is two years. There is an option to extend the agreement by 1 + 1 year. If no termination occurs, the agreement is extended by one year, but no longer than until 2030-10-31.
• Key milestones or phases:
• Deadline for receipt of tenders: 2026-09-21 or 22/09/2026 00:00 +02:00.
• Tender validity: Tenders must remain valid for 3 months, specifically until 2026-12-21.
• Termination notice: Notice of termination must be given at least six (6) months before the end of the contract period.

The core scope of work for this tender involves performing service and repairs on Kopparstaden's work machines and other machinery, including all associated services, for ongoing maintenance. This is a framework agreement that will be established with a single supplier. The estimated value of the agreement for the entire period, including options, is approximately 3.5–4 million SEK (excluding VAT), with a maximum total value of 6 million SEK (excluding VAT). The contract is expected to run from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2028, with options for extensions of 1+1 year, extending the agreement until October 31, 2030, at the latest.

Key deliverables and requirements include:

• Personnel Qualifications: Service technicians must have a B driver's license, at least five years of documented experience, and expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical systems, lithium-ion battery systems, and troubleshooting. They must also be able to service and repair smaller construction machines and tool carriers, and be authorized to conduct fire protection inspections according to SBF 127.
• Workshop and Retail Access: The supplier must have a workshop located in or near Falun (within a 2 km radius of Stora Torget) capable of handling extensive service and repairs, open at least 07:00-16:00 on weekdays. Additionally, a physical sales point or service location for spare parts must be available within 20 km of Stora Torget in Falun, with similar operating hours.
• Work Execution: Services should primarily be conducted on-site where the machines are located, with Kopparstaden providing an indoor facility. If a workshop visit is necessary, Kopparstaden's personnel will typically transport the machines, except for those in specific remote areas or when their personnel cannot perform the transport, in which case the supplier will arrange it.
