TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes the technical service and maintenance support for the exposure machines referred to in Section 1 during the entire performance period. The scope of services includes in particular: - scheduled preventive maintenance (Preventive Maintenance / PM), - technical support for malfunctions, errors and machine breakdowns, - the required fault diagnosis and fault rectification, - service and repair services required to restore the machine function in accordance with specifications, - procurement of required spare parts and wear parts after prior coordination and approval by the contracting authority, and - technical documentation of the services provided.
