TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance and upkeep of visiting trolleys including integrated PC systems: the subject of this tender is the conclusion of a maintenance and upkeep contract for existing visiting trolleys of the manufacturer März, including the associated PC systems of the manufacturer ACL installed on them. The visiting trolleys are used in a clinical setting and are intended to provide mobile support during rounds and to use clinical information systems. All-in-One PC systems of the manufacturer ACL (model OR-PC, 24 inches) are installed on the trolleys; they are an integral part of the overall systems. The contractor shall, during the term of the contract, provide all necessary maintenance and upkeep services to ensure the functional capability, operational safety and availability of the visiting trolleys, including the integrated IT components. Scope: 1st contract year approx. 305 visiting trolleys; 2nd contract year approx. 340 visiting trolleys
