TENDER DESCRIPTION

BREPARK GmbH intends to introduce a central service portal for digitisation and optimisation of customer management and the associated business processes. The future system is intended to serve as a central platform for managing customers, contracts, access media, billing and communication with customers. The planned scope of services in particular includes the provision, setup, modification and operation of an integrated service portal with the following components: End Customer Portal (EKP): A digital portal through which customers can independently use services of BREPARK GmbH. This includes in particular registration, managing customer data, concluding and managing contracts, viewing parking transactions and invoices, as well as communication with BREPARK GmbH. Employees’ Portal (MA Portal): A central work interface for employees of BREPARK GmbH for managing and handling customer matters.
