TENDER DESCRIPTION
The present framework agreement aims to: - provide a catalog of digital resource publishers compatible with the e-medi@s and La RÉF' SHSB platforms; - manage subscriptions to these resources; - manage the contracts necessary for their implementation on the portal by the chosen publishers; - provide a service ensuring centralized monitoring of incidents encountered in the use of the resources during the subscription period.
