TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract guarantees the real and personal property belonging to Ouest Aveyron Communauté, occupied by it, made available to it, or for which it has custody, in accordance with the statement of assets attached to this CCTP. The buildings are covered at the cost of rebuilding new and the contents at the replacement value of new, subject to the contract’s special provisions. Claims are compensated inclusive of taxes when those taxes remain the responsibility of the insured.
