TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers real and personal property belonging to Ouest Aveyron Communauté, occupied by it, made available to it or under its care, in accordance with the property statement attached to this CCTP. Buildings are covered on a “reinstatement value” basis (new-for-old reconstruction), and contents are covered on a “replacement value” basis (new-for-old), subject to the contract’s specific provisions. Claims are indemnified inclusive of taxes when these remain the responsibility of the insured.
