TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services of lot 1 must notably: • Enable the making and receiving of telephone calls, SMS and MMS within the metropolitan territory, including Corsica; • Allow data transmission on wireless networks independently or simultaneously with voice; • Authorize voice communications internationally (including overseas departments and territories) and voice and data roaming internationally and in overseas departments, regions, and collectivities (roaming); • Allow the acquisition and maintenance of new mobile terminals (phones, smartphones, remote access equipment) and some basic accessories; • Support beneficiaries in the execution of the framework agreement through a set of complementary services.
